Delivery & Shipping Policy

We strive to process all orders within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Pack n Send Australia. For customers within Australia, standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, whilst International orders usually arrive within 10-20 business days, depending on location and customs processing. Our delivery costs for a full kit is usually valued at approximately $300 AUD for Australian customers and may reach up to $600 AUD for international orders, accounting for exchange rates, customs duties, and shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the selected weight of the products chosen and destination. As a thank you for your support, we’re currently offering a special VIP discount of 20% off all orders. While we aim to ensure prompt and safe delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact us within 14 days so we can assist.

By placing an order through our website, or email you agree to the following terms: 1. Product Customisation & Orders All products are custom-engineered to order. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, production begins. Please double-check specifications before finalising your purchase, as changes may not be possible once fabrication starts. 2. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. 3. Product Use & Safety Our products are designed for off-road and field use. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper installation and safe operation. We are not liable for misuse or unauthorised modifications. 4. Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of our business and may not be reproduced without permission. 5. Updates & Changes We reserve the right to update these terms at any me. Continued use of our site and services implies acceptance of any changes.
